and fear. It’s important to know that you are not alone and that showing and sharing these emotions is okay. These feelings are completely valid.
The fantastic Papyrus charity (papyrus.org) have listed 11 things you can do to boost your wellbeing and practice self-care whilst you’re on this enforced  “stay-cation”. You can access this list here
